Strong Able Youth Speaking Out

What is Strong Able Youth Speaking OUT (SAYSO)?

SAYSO, which is part of Children's Home Society (CHS), help youths build a foundation and strong support network to assist in the transition to adulthood by facilitating networking and community building with future social workers and adults working in the substitute care system. SAYCO also provides opportunities for advocacy via the ability to attend legislative sessions, act as government pages, and speak with guardian ad litems.


Ages Served

14 - 24 year-olds who are or have been in the out-of-home care system
